With over 16 years of experience in the legal field, Diana brings extensive experience and personal understanding to the practice of family law. Her background includes criminal defense, personal injury, and high-conflict domestic relations matters. Having personally experienced divorce, adoption, and custody disputes, she understands the emotional, financial, and personal complexities of family law litigation.
Throughout her career, Diana has worked closely with attorneys throughout every stage of litigation, including attending depositions, hearings, settlement conferences, and trials. She has significant experience handling high-conflict matters, drafting articulate and persuasive legal documents, and helping clients navigate the complex and often sensitive challenges of family law litigation.
Born and raised in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Diana spent several years in Las Vegas before relocating to Utah. What began as a move to a new state has become the rebuilding of a new chapter and a place she proudly calls home. She loves all that Utah has to offer and considers herself a proud Utahan.
Diana is a Utah Notary Public, a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), and the Paralegal Division of the Utah State Bar. She plans to continue her education in the near future, with the goal of attending law school.
Outside of the office, Diana enjoys spending time at home with her son, baking, traveling to visit family, and working on her first novel. Her favorite quote, "Be the calm in the chaos," reflects both her personal philosophy and the way she approaches her work every day.
